2. Purpose of processing

At Som Tribu we process the personal data you provide us (for example, when you contact us via WhatsApp, phone or email) for the following purposes:

• Handling enquiries about classes, schedules, prices and availability.
• Managing bookings and enrolment in classes and activities.
• Sending information about news, events or promotions, when you have expressly requested it.

3. Legal basis

The legal basis for processing your data is the performance of a pre-contractual or contractual relationship (information and class bookings) and, where applicable, your express consent (for example, when you message us on WhatsApp or fill in a contact form).

4. Minors

Some of our classes are aimed at children. When the enrolled person is under 14 years old, processing their personal data requires the consent of their parent or legal guardian, in accordance with Article 7 of Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD). If you are the parent or legal guardian of a minor enrolled at Som Tribu, by providing us with their data (for example, by contacting us via WhatsApp or enrolling them in a class) you declare that you have such consent.

5. Recipients and data transfers

We do not share your personal data with third parties, except where legally required. We use the following third-party services, which may involve processing technical data (such as your IP address) under their own privacy policies:

• WhatsApp / Meta: for handling enquiries via messaging.
• Booking platform (viday.es): for managing class bookings through our app, hosted at appsomtribu.viday.es.
• Google Maps: to show the school's location (only if you accept third-party cookies; see our Cookie Policy).
• Google Fonts: to load the website's typefaces.

6. Data retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry or manage your relationship as a Som Tribu student, and afterwards for the periods required by law.

7. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability at any time by writing to [email protected], stating the right you wish to exercise and attaching a copy of a document proving your identity.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you believe the processing of your data does not comply with current regulations.

8. Security measures

Som Tribu applies reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
